RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
We strongly encourage you to email us at contact@tylerellis.com with any prior questions or concerns. We also strongly suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing.
In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at contact@tylerellis.com within 24 hours of receiving your bag. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns. Tyler Ellis reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that is found to not fit within the fault of manufacturing defect meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
